The Brown Note

Posted in Uncategorized on December 29, 2011 by Betty X

lots of strange jocks, pakastani hip-hop, crackheads rubbing coke into their teeth, hotdog kabobs, brown notes, cheap piss tasting beer…just your run of the mill night around here. the weirdest part was all the crazy cheering and screaming, then dead silence, a fascist sounding nazi marching band played and then the pakistani hip-hop…where the fuck am I?
ok, so toothless trannies but , it is a kick-ass night regardless.

Toothless Trannies

Posted in Memories, Seattle, Uncategorized with tags on December 28, 2011 by Betty X

yesterday, I had a profound memory of going to a sleazy, dive bar in Pioneer Square, close to the old ColorBox, by the bathhouses with my partner in crime Sean. It was a tiny sliver of a tavern, with an old wooden bar from the 1800′s. “Beat It” was on the jukebox and a toothless, black tranny was on the bar lip-syncing. As I drank my moonshine I noticed a homeless couple groping each other in the back booth.

I got my Texas ID photo taken today, it looks like a mugshot. I look like a wanted Mexican outlaw.

I am looking into small press or self-publishing a collection of poems, and short stories. Wanted to see if you are interested in handmade “sketch-book/journals” books, or pdf e-books or both. I have so many to choose from, I literally have hundreds of composition books filled with material.

Remember remember the fifth of November
Gunpowder, treason and plot.
I see no reason why gunpowder, treason
Should ever be forgot…
